Refund & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we may not be able to process some refunds requests except for manufacturer's defects found upon receiving them

All requests are subject to post inspection approval

 

RETURN

You have 10 calendar days to return the item(s) from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return and/or refund, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The returned item(s) must be in its original packaging with original product tags/labels attached

 

REFUND

Once we received your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund post inspection

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card/bank's policies

 

EXCHANGE

Returned item(s) subject for an exchange must be in its original packaging with original product tags/labels attached. If the size of your choice is not available, we would consider for the exchange of variant/colour. No refund will be processed

 

For apparels/wear, we understand that it can be hard shopping for the right size for your little ones. We allow size exchanges, subject to availability, subject to above-mentioned Return Policy

 

 

RETURN SHIPPING

All shipping costs are borne by customers, including shipping costs of returning to us for a refund and/or for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable

 

We will not hold responsible for any lost or damaged items during the transit. Kindly ensure the item(s) are securely packed and shipped with a tracking number

 

ELIGIBILITY

All requests are subject to post inspection approval

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Any refunds/exchanges request must meet the Refund/Exchange policy (refer to above)

 

If the returned item(s) shows sign of normal wear and tear, we will not provide an exchange or refund

 

SALE ITEMS

All items sold at sale and/or discounted price are not eligible for returns, refunds and/or exchange
